RMF Team Training with Olympics Runner for LA Marathon

SUNDAY TRAINING!!! Team Training will begin on Sunday, February 5th at 9am and will be held every Sunday until the Marathon!

Olympic runner Malachi Davis will be providing Sunday morning running class with custom workout plans and  a strength program designed to prepare each athlete for a better performance come race day.  Athletes will learn the proper running techniques for increased speed and injury prevention.  Workouts will be conducted at UCLA Drake Stadium and run 75 mins. 

Please bring water and stretching mat with each practice.
