Dr. Towett Samwel, MD

Dr. Towett Samwel trained in Clinical Medicine and Surgery specializing in Pediatrics & Child Health, Child Psychology and Pediatric Health at the Kenya Medical Training College. He completed a one-year internship at the Tenwele Mission Hospital sponsored by World Gospel Mission. Following his internship, he worked for two more years at the Tenwele Mission Hospital and then transferred to the Kericho District Hospital as Pediatric Medical Officer in charge and as the Coordinator of the Pediatric Health Programme, Rift Valley. After holding this position for three years he transferred to the Turkana District Hospital in Lodwar to head the Pediatric Department - Turkana North, Central & South, a position he is still holding to date. Towett Samwel is registered at the Clinical Officer Council and is a member of the Kenya Paediatrics Association.
