Jalal Rajabali MSc, BSc, is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and a Software Engineer professional.He has been an active volunteer with Webcor Alto Velo in the San Francisco Bay area. He is fluent in English and Urdu. He hopes to provide education and training on BLS (Basic Life Support) within and outside the United States.
