Lauzama Saintelise, LPN

Lauzama Saintelise is a Certified Nurse (LPN) and a member of RMF's supported medical staff at the Lambert Santé Hospital in Port au Prince. She speaks both Creole and French and has been working at Lambert Santé since April 2010. She received her nursing degree and training at the Institut Jeanne Mance of Canada.  She works mainly in the Hospitalization sterilization and OR wards and takes care of the hospitalized patients referred from the free clinic. She also assists in the operating room when the surgeons are operating on public care cases.

In her words “Thinks that the opportunity for patients with no income to benefit from quality specialized care, which they would normally have much difficulty obtaining, is a great option and hopes the clinic will continue to provide such care”
