Be a Friend was made to illustrate the work and concepts behind Real Medicine - Friends helping friends with food, water, shelter, and medicine - in a shorter 30sec commercial. It was developed to introduce the humanitarian work of Real Medicine to the Hulu.com audience and was aired online in January 2010.
