Nancy joined RMF in 2018 as Director of Business Development. She has worked in high level posts for private and public organizations throughout the United States, Middle East, and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, including serving as Director of Communications and Outreach for one of the leading organizations in the GCC. In 2016, Nancy and her business partner, Sultan Al-Ismaily, founded International Business & Investment Services (IBIS), a successful business development consulting firm. Among other projects, IBIS organized the first Egypt-Oman business forum and B2B event in Cairo during May 2017 and established Egypt’s first international internship program, Egypt Student Internship Program (ESIP), in the summer of 2018. Nancy has also published and presented research on issues related to the empowerment of women, social and economic development, South-South Cooperation, sustainable development, and the achievement of UN MDGs at several high-profile conferences, including Sheikh Zayed University’s Women as Global Leaders conference in Dubai. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University.
In her free time, Nancy enjoys volunteering with refugee, needy, and sick children. She has also initiated a charity dinner and auctions that helped raise funds for children affected by the two earthquakes that struck Nepal in 2015.
