Rachel was born in rural North Dakota and moved to Georgia as a teenager when her parents began working with Habitat for Humanity in 2000. She has had a heart for the underprivileged and overlooked since childhood. Always an avid reader and writer, Rachel is thankful for the opportunity to use these skills for the good that RMF is doing around the world. She graduated in 2010 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia and specializes in oncology nursing. She has been working as an RN for 8 years and is passionate about holistic wellness.
Rachel lives in Louisville with her husband and son. She enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her family in any spare time.
